I have owned my Dance Studio in Killeen for the past 41 years.
June 2007, I sold it to 2 of my prodigies and opened another Dance Studio for adult dancers ages 18 & up.
February 2008 I joined the staff of Starbound National Talent. We travel to different cities around the U.S each weekend Feb.-Aug. and hold talent competitions. My career in dance has allowed me to showcase my students throughout the U.S. and internationally in Russia, Denmark, Sweden and as performers on Carnival Cruise Lines.
2001 - I was nominated and inducted into Who's Who in Executives And Small Businesses.
Mike Barnes and I have been married since 1988. Mike is in the furniture business. We have 2 sons, Stormy & Kyle, 2 daughter-in laws, Jackie & Kristy and 2 beautiful grandchildren, Erin & Brady. Stormy is an electrician and does off shore contract work in Africa. His family lives near us in Youngsport. Kyle is an electrican and also a home inspector. He & his family live near Copperas Cove. We have been in Killeen area all our lives since graduation.
